Steven Gerrard Speaks Wonderfully About His Love For In-N-Out Burger

Well spoken, well said, and 100% correct. Usually when things get hyped, they don’t live up to the expectation. Living on the East coast, we don’t have an In-N-Out anywhere nearby. I think the closest location is in Tennessee or something ridiculous. But whenever you have a friend visit California, all you hear about is how good In-N-Out Burger is. So for the longest time, I also thought it was a wind up. Nothing can be that good. Especially a casual burger place. I thought sure, it’s probably decently delicious, but everyone needs to get ahold of themselves and stop treating In-N-Out like the second coming of our lord and savior. And then I had In-N-Out.

Now, it might be because I haven’t been over-saturated with In-N-Out, but I found, much, muchhhhh to my shock, that it lived up to the hype. Life changing, as Stevie so elegantly put it. I thought it was just going to be a ho-hum, another fast food cheeseburger, but it was just better than any fast food, or casual burger I ever had. Animal style is out of this world. It’s just one of those rare things in the world that talks the talk and walks the walk.

This might be crazy, but I’m actually glad we don’t have any here. I don’t want it to lose it’s allure. I don’t want it to lose it’s luster. If I could eat it every day, it wouldn’t be so special. I would get used to the taste and I would need something even better to quench that hunger. Having it once or twice a year is perfect. Something to look forward to, and an incredible dining experience each and every time.
